Level 1: Surface and Sanitation Cleaning

Frequency: Daily or customized cadence
Focus Area: Ground level and high-touch surfaces (floor to 3 feet above head)
Duration: 2-3 Hours
Services Inlcude:

  • Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all floor surfaces
  • Wiping down tables, counters, and prep stations
  • Disinfecting restroom (toilets, sinks, floors, fixtures)
  • Emptying and relining trash bins
  • Cleaning visible fingerprints, smudges, and food debris on reachable surfaces
  • Spot cleaning glass and mirrors
  • Ensuring all FOH and BOH areas are guest-ready

Level 2: High-Reach Dust & Detail Cleaning

Frequency: Monthly (or biweekly if needed)
Focus Area: All surfaces above standard reach height
Duration: 4-5 hours
Services Include:

  • Level 1 cleaning
  • Dusting and wiping down ceiling vets, ductwork, light fixtures, and tops of equipment
  • Cleaning behind bars, high shelving, and top ledges
  • Removing cobwebs and accumulated dust from corners and ceilings
  • Wiping down exposed piping or overhead beams
  • Ensure all affected ground-level areas after dust-down are clean

Level 3: Kitchen Deep Cleaning

Frequency: Every 6-8 weeks (or per health inspection requirements)
Focus Area: Back-of-house kitchens and mechanical spaces
Duration: 7-8 hours
Services Include: 

  • Level 1 and Level 2 cleaning
  • Moving kitchen equipment (when possible) to clean underneath and behind
  • Degreasing walls, hoods, and hard-to-reach surfaces
  • Deep fryer boil out
  • Cleaning drains and scuppers
  • Deep sanitizing food prep zones, walk-in coolers, and storage
